1. LORD JUSTICE JACOB: I will give permission to appeal on the Consumer Credit Act points and, if necessary, permission to cross-appeal on those points alone. 2. I direct that the judgment be sent to the Office of Fair Trading with an indication that the Office's comments in writing would be welcomed by the court, and that if the Office wish to appear by counsel they should write to the Court of Appeal Office for my attention indicating their desire. I do not reserve the case to myself. Order: Application for permission to appeal and a stay allowed
