1. LORD JUSTICE DYSON: The case of Gray v Legal Services Ombudsman has been called on at quarter-to-12. It was listed not to be heard before half-past-10. I understand that Mr Gray has not communicated with the court any reason why he should not be here. 2. In these circumstances I propose to dismiss this application. Order: Application dismissed
